Can I register my credit card to donate prior to the event?

Yes you can! To save time when checking in, you can keep your credit card on file by clicking the box "I authorize Caldera to use the credit card entered on the submission page" before hitting next on the registration page. Then be sure to fill out your credit card information when you register. Your card will not be charged unless you authorize the charge.

Is my donation anonymous?

During our private event, guests will be called upon to donate to Caldera through a simple paddle raise at a giving level that resonates with them.

What is the schedule of events?

Date: Thursday May 29th, 2025

Address: Caldera

Arrival time: 5:30 PM

Attire: Creative Cocktail Attire is encouraged

Food & Beverage: A prefix & immersive dinner menu curated exclusively by Chef Gourdet will be served. Along with wine pairings and/or non-alcoholic beverages.

Parking: Valet Parking will be available at the venue and free street parking is available in the area.

Dietary restrictions: if you have not yet communicated your dietary restrictions to your Caldera Table Captain please do so by 5/27/25.

End Time: 9:00 PM

What is a Drawing Room?

The Drawing Room is a fundraiser for Caldera, Dan Widen’s legacy project. Caldera’s mission is to inspire and support youth from underserved rural and urban communities by awakening the potential of their creative voice.

The Drawing Room is a place for creative voices to come together to reveal insights and inspirations. On this May 29th evening, our creative conversation will feature Chef Gregory Gourdet and W+K President Jason White.

What can I expect? 

The event begins with a short cocktail hour, where guests can mingle and enjoy a glass of curated beverages. drink a variety of curated beverages. We will then move to a full service of our custom dinner menu and our engaging discussion between Chef Gourdet and Jason White. The evening will end with a paddle raising fundraiser for Caldera and dessert.

Donating to Caldera

How do I pay for my paddle raise for the live event?  

  • Your registered credit card will be charged after a thorough review of all sales and payments. Please allow 1-3 business days for your card to be charged and processed.   • When you become a sustaining donor, you help to ensure Caldera’s programs will always be free, and that this creativity-centered, whole brain learning is available, year-round, for middle school and high school learners.  Sign up here

When will credit cards be charged?

  • Credit Cards will be charged between May 29th- June 4th.

How do I make alternative payment arrangements? 

  • We are happy to accommodate arrangements for alternative payment options.  Please email shira.ribakoff@caldera.org by May 26th, 2025 to make arrangements.

Please note: as a registered 501(C)(3) all contributions to Caldera are tax deductible.

When will I receive my statement, invoice, or receipt?

You will be sent a receipt via email when your card is charged which will be between May 29th- June 4th.
